Developed system for use by brokers and financial advisers to track client activity.  Included information about contacts made, performance of investments, and evaluation of personal risk as related to choice of financial instruments.  Enabled users to access detailed client information on demand.  System developed using Microsoft Access.  Project team of 3 people.

Software documentation, training, and testing management for this company owned by Crop Growers Corporation, a major insurance firm.  Software includes agency management, crop insurance issuance and, farm management.   Also included are field mapping systems using topographical, fly-over, and satellite maps.  Systems track irrigation, chemical application, planting, growth, and costs by mapped area.  Programs are designed for Personal Computers using Windows 95, FoxPro, Delphi,, JAVA, and include internet training, insurance information, customer support, and software distribution.  Trained software development, quality assurance, and documentation staff in use of project management tools and directed documentation and quality assurance teams in day-to-day scheduling and progress tracking.  Directed 3 teams, 10 people, duration 16 months, budget $1.5 million.
